"This review is for Leigh Ann and State Farm in general. I was involved In a freak accident leaving work 6/12/24 at 7:30 pm. A truck hit a light pole and it fell on top of my car and I am lucky to be alive. The last thing you want to do is deal with insurance. I wish it was that easy. I called State Farm and made a claim. I was told that a tow truck was on its way. I was stranded on a bad side of town at a BP. I called State Farm and I spent hours on hold and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I kept receiving automated messages about how they were experiencing higher than normal call volumes. I literally couldn’t get a hold of one human from State Farm. I waited for over 4 hours and finally found a ride home. Imagine almost being killed by a freak accident and sitting in a gas station alone and your insurance company is nowhere to be found. I wanted to go home and process what had happened. I called Jerry’s office today and got a voicemail. 5 minutes later I received a text that my tow truck was on the way. I waited 2 hours and called back but blocked my number this time. Leigh Ann answered the phone and I explained my frustrations. I received no apology whatsoever. She was raising her voice and making excuses for everything that happened. Guess what happened next? She hung up on me. I see this is a trend for this office based in the previous google reviews. She admitted she has never had someone experience this negligence in the 12 years she has worked there, yet accepted zero responsibility or an apology. I will admit I was raising my voice too but it was because I couldn’t believe she had the audacity to talk to me like that after what I had been through. I really hope that Jerry can contact me and explain what happened. “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there?” You were nowhere to be found and I this has been a horrible experience."

"*** This review is only on the people working at this office alone and not State Farm as a whole. *** *** I have been hung up on 2 days in a row by this office and told I was rude for calling and asking questions about claim *** As I currently navigate a claim with State Farm, I have been hung up on 2 days in a row by this office by 2 individuals. First I was hung up on by Leigh Anne yesterday (01/11/2024), no effort was made to come back into contact (in a scenario were maybe we were disconnected), once I called back in I was told the phone system booted her off of my call and into a new call. That their phone system is off of cellular and not land line and that it's a known issue in the office. Today (01/12/2024) I call back in to ask some follow up questions and for some assistance on my claim. Today I speak with Misty who in our conversation told me I was being rude.. a complete shock to me. Hearing this I ask her "I'm sorry but what have I've said this far or this week that has been rude". She proclaims "You've called us all week to ask questions." Shortly there after she also hangs up on me. I call back and ask why our call ended. She states "I've told you what I was going to do on your behalf there's nothing else I can do". I explain "I do have additional questions to ask and need to do a couple other things in our call. I never communicated that all my questions were asked/answered and said 'thank you have a great day' simply because the interaction wasn't done." She explains "I'm sorry I thought there was nothing else I could help you with". She eventually admits in the call there's no other way but to interpret the last call as anything but her hanging up on me. Since from my perspective this is the 2nd day in a row I've been hung up on by this office, I ask her about the phones in the office as it relates to any known issues. I ask, "are there any known issues with your current phone system in office, either disconnecting calls or dropping it?" She says "no, there's nothing wrong with our phones. We don't know of anything being wrong with our phones here in office. I apologize for hanging up you earlier today." I explain to her how Leigh Anne attributed our phone call yesterday ending early (her hanging up on me) due to a known issue with the phones. I followed up with explaining I've now been hung up on 2 days in a row. I asked that Jerry reach out to me so I can discuss the experience I have had with their specific office. Both for being called rude for in her words "calling and asking questions" in regards to my claim and being hung up on 2 days in a row by 2 different people."

"Luis, we’re sorry for the situation you are currently in. I reviewed the call log and we recorded 56 minutes of total talk time with you. I did speak with Claims regarding your situation. I called you yesterday and left you a voicemail, feel free to call me back at 614-461-7833 so I can assist you with your frustration."

"Leigh Anne Tudor was amazing helping me find the right policy for me !!! And believe me I knew nothing about life insurance other than I had to have it so my daughters would not have to ever worry about putting me to rest ! Thank you so much !!! If I could give 10 stars I would !"

"Working with this office was the worst experience with an insurance agency I've ever had. Monica lacks any ability to follow through or respond to any requests. Everything she informed me regarding a landlord policy for my rental was either inaccurate or misleading. I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency."

"TERRIBLE!!! I have had problems with them since 2016. The customer service is just disgusting! Leanna has been rude to me over the phone several times, and had even hung up in my face. This is NOT professional, and you all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!"
